When the payment is received All orders are prepared and shipped withing 2-7 business days. this depends on the inventory level.
Once the order is shipped the email notification with a tracking number sent to the customer.
- Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on each product and the customer location. you can find the delivery time on each product page in the description.
Delivery time can be 12-20 business days to USA and Canada, 18-29 business days to Europe and 30-40 business days to other countries.
Note that delivery time is stated in calendar days.The delivery time may be longer then stated during the high season and national holidays. Oucheny does not take the responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due third-party services.
